I like that the time in the beginning is spent on history and culture before we start to learn about and build relationship with the plant spirit. I recommend this course to anyone who is seeking this medicine in their life.

What a wonderful relationship I am building with Mama Cacao! With each ceremony she is giving me messages in my cup as well. Here are two of them. The one on the left shows me the duality of feminine and masculine. Do you see the female on the left and make on the right? The second cup show the figure rising up from the depths of the earth... So beautiful!

I added hot water to 23 grams of this creative cacao and it was bussin bussin fr fr. I sipped it along with usual cups of coffee and got straight to writing. A blissful nootropic stack.

I ordered the variety kit. Although I enjoy all the different cacao variations, my favorite is the Oaxacan Spice. I will definitely order more cacao for my rituals.
