Occasionally when my mind is wrestling with something I end up not being tired enough for sleep. I make a cup of cacao and add some maple syrup and a bit of molasses. It always works. Plus I wake up in the morning in a great mood !! Really. I jumped on cacao early and the easiest one to make is ORA because it has these small discs that melt easily.

I replaced 30 years of morning coffee with Ora Ceremonial Cacao over a year ago and never looked back. I tried them all and then chose my favorites to use regularly. I enjoy it with just plain water, but I really love it with a bit of organic sweetened condensed milk. I froth that up (I definitely recommend the frothing tool to blend it properly) and gaze upon the irredescent bubbles as I structure it next to my 432hz singing bowl while setting intentions. Then I sip and energize for the day. It is absolutely delicious, soothing and yet mood boosting. I trust that it is pure and healthy - I can tell by the taste. It arrives boxed carefully and packaged in beautiful bags that are sealed so well that you can breathe in the freshness as you open it. It ships with freezer packs if you're in a warm climate (or time of year) to protect it from the heat. I love that the Vibrant Vitality has turmeric to help with my joints. Every other day I use the Mystical Mushroom for its amazing healing properties.
