Ora Cacoa's Ceremony Kit makes is easy for me to make a cup for my morning meditation. I simply add hot water to the cacoa disc's in my cup and froth it up with intention. This company offers support for my practice with weekly Zoom ceremonies and additional reading materials. I also trust that the cacoa is responsibly resourced. I haven’t been sick in over a year. My husband gets sick all the time due to coworkers, I’m around him all the time and I never get sick… the only thing I’ve changed in my routine was this. So recommend this immensely!
