I love preparing a cup of cacao. I’m guilty of putting a tsp of raw sugar in it, and cashew milk too. I use it to help with my thyroid issues as well so I put in selenium, inositol and ashwaghanda as well as some collagen with mushroom powder and you can’t even taste it! So delicious AND nutritious!

I planned to use this just for the occasional chocolate ceremony… but found I was putting one disk in my bulletproof coffee every morning. As I put it in I always say “Spirit of Cacao - help me thrive”. Maybe the next one I get will be “Keep me Boundless” or “Keep me Spicy!!” :-))))

How could something be so good?! I am so glad I tried the Colombia Ceremonial Cacao! A pleasant surprise. This is because I was already enjoying the Belize Ceremonial Cacao. I found the Colombia discs to be creamer, richer and deeper in flavor.

I'm definitely hooked on firefly chocolate's ceremonial cacao! I have already tried it in many concoctions from alone in hot water to mixed in with coffee or black teas and its amazing flavors and uplifting effects are a very welcomed addition to my day! Its quickly made it's way into my pre-surf/morning meditation routine which really helps me collect myself with a clean energy and makes me feel like a superhero! I also really enjoy that firefly supports and encourages the sustainability of their products as well as the lands and peoples they are coming from and providing info on the rich ******** significance of cacao!

I first ordered Firefly Chocolates a little over a year ago and tested them out with the variety sample pack. The Ceremonial Mushroom was by far my favorite and so when I hosted a retreat, I purchased 2 bags, wound up dipping into one of them before the retreat, finished the whole bag and had to order another! I just purchased a big 5lb bag to keep my mornings stocked. The taste is very earthy, but so smooth. And I literally look forwards to a cup every morning I wake up!
