First of all, WOW! I've been hearing about cacao ceremonies for awhile now and was always intrigued. After dreaming about it I knew I had to try it for myself. To say the least, my first experience was very emotional, yet in a good way. It makes me feel more alive and more open to all the world has to offer, even the negatives! Definitely interested in their cacao retreat :)

I love them all but my favorite is the mushroom one! I know about the health benefits of mushrooms as well as the amazing health benefits of cacao. I love to eat them as well as melt in my oatmeal.

I purchased the cacao sampler kit after watching an online review, I was truly exited about the potential benefits of drinking ceremonial cacao so I placed an order after doing further research into the product it suddenly dawned on me that I might not be able to use the cacao due to it potentially interacting with medication I take for my mental health. I got in touch with Firefly and they were very quick to get in touch with me regarding the effects of the cacao. I decided to try my first ceremonial brew using only two discs which despite it being a very small amount certainly had a beneficial effect. I am mesmerised by the wonderful benefits of this product. I would highly recommend this product, to those of you that take medication for your mental health I would advise using two discs to start with which is a very small dose to that which is recommended. I look forward to using more of this potent cacao brew in the future and I think I can safely say that I am hooked!

I didn't like this flavor at all. Its very rose dominant with barely any chocolate notes coming through. I love lavender in chocolate so I thought I would try it but it tasted like perfume to me. I regret not buying the smaller bag.

The package came perfectly, and a few days after during a personal ceremony, I tried it for the first time. Not only is it delicious, but you can genuinely taste the authenticity of their products. I love this company in general, and all the cacao variations they offer. That said, this one is paticularly special to me. I absolutely love it for hormone balance and natural stamina and energy. I'm in a changing hormonal cycle of my life, and I was having a significant amount of trouble managing it until I started using this product. As soon as I feel any fatigue or related hormonal symptoms, I go to this blend. It's also great for natural stamina if you're worn out, or been pushing yourself a little too hard. This blend is one of my favorites. I always have some in stock in my pantry.

As much as I enjoy the experience of the cacao drink; I will confess that I also love to let the wafer melt in my mouth with a bite of a date and just relish in that!
