I find this variety to be light compared to the Colombian variety, which is good, because I drink it most mornings. If it was overly sweet or rich I wouldn’t drink it as often.

The sampler pack is wonderful. I enjoyed all of the different flavors, the benefits and the different uses of each one. The medicinal mushroom is calming and grounding, it is great for meditation. My favorites are Vibrant vitality with the Ashwagandha blend, it was very energizing. The discs are easy to use for preparing a drink of Cacao. I’ve been able to connect with others as a result while sharing with others or taking it on my own. I am appreciative of all the spiritual and physical benefits of this Ceremonial Cacao.
