I blend mine with hot almond milk. So creamy and delicious! I wondered what the mushroom would do, i feel gratitude and a peaceful relaxing sensation right about the third sip. I recommend drinking in the morning somewhere quiet and comfortable where you can lay back and say your prayers and be thankful for all the good things in life. Definitely worth to wake up 15 min earlier before a busy day to drink your chocolate, trust me!
