I've really enjoyed drinking this cacao before meditating - the effects were soft but deep and heart-opening. I felt emotional/sensitive but calm and expansive at the same time. It also worked really nicely before a "letting go" ritual I did, and in virtual ceremony with friends. Looking forward to trying the other types as well!

I'm about a year into my cacao journey, and I've finally settled into a peaceful morning ritual with Boundless Belize. Firefly has some seriously high-quality cacao, and I'm so glad I found them. I've tried other brands, and not to disparage them, but they just aren't as easy to work with or as full of flavor as Firefly. I recommend trying each type for about a week or two to see how you settle into each kind of cacao. It will be worth it when you find the one that really works for you. Salud!
