It took me a couple cups to acclimate to the flavor but I like it now. I never add any sweetener. I switch between this one and the mushroom blend. It's my new go-to morning drink (replaced my hot matcha).

I think this cacao is my favorite! I love the anti-inflammatory and relaxation supporting herbs. They stay dispersed in the liquid after mixing, no sinking to the bottom. I don’t notice much of a taste difference with the addition of the herbs, although my husband noticed a slight difference in taste. Great product!

I have been to a few cacao ceremonies. Do when I looked up how to purchase it. I found firefly. In my research I was impressed with your sourcing and was intrigued by your disk cacao! I ordered the sample kit. I was so impressed with the amount of information and support thus company gives. I have enjoyed this cacao and love the ceremonies online to practice and connect to like minded people ! The cacao is delicious, easy to prepare and the sense of community is ahhhhmazing! Rich, satisfying cacao. I love that this is grown on land recently returned to First Nations people in Columbia. One of my three favorites- I also love glowing Guatemala and boundless Belize.
