This one gives me everything I want in chocolate. This one is my favorite from all the offerings here.

This was my first time with a non-100% cacao chocolate from Firefly. It's really great and adds an extra savory note, especially with salt. It's less of the cacao experience than I have with the 100% products but it's very good. My standard preparation: 1 can organic coconut milk, 42g firefly cacao, 2 pinches stevia, 4 pinches salt.

I ordered the ceremonial drink sampler and it far exceeded my expectations. I loved the ritual suggestion that was included and am surprised to find that I do have better energy, focus, and just feel better on mornings when I start with this cocoa! I have been mixing in about 1/4 cup almond milk along with 1/4 cup of hot water and ~10 disks of chocolate. I like the extra creaminess that the almond milk gives. I included a picture of my ritual space which is basically just in front of a glass door at my house. I felt a little intimidated by the idea of ritual but decided to just try it and not too much pressure on my self and do find it very grounding. I have tried all of the samples and like the Guatemala one the best followed by the Oaxacan spice blend. The only one I don't care for is the vibrant vitality which I find tastes much more strongly of Maca than cocoa and isn't for me. Overall this was a great way to try several of the options before committing to a larger package.

This formulation is incredible for stress relief! I use this as a morning wake up or sometimes an afternoon pick me up at work, and it keeps me calm, happy, and grounded. Very earthy and supportive, very grounding.

I first heard about cacao from the Science & Spirituality podcast. They had a woman on that performs cacao ceremonies as a way of psychotherapy. It intrigued me as I was just beginning my own spiritual awakening and was in need of something to help boost my meditation practice. I first ordered the sample pack and was HOOKED right away. Not only did it bring my morning meditation practice to a whole new level, but I began my own morning cacao ritual/ceremony. I pair my cup of cacao with meditation, a yoga flow and then some form on integration (art/journaling/quick tarot read). It’s been about 6 months since I started drinking cacao daily and my stress levels are down, I am more focused, my energy is on 🔥 and I am straight up happier. A better mom. A more thoughtful coworker. A kinder stranger to others. No longer do I buy an 8 dollar cup of coffee on my way to work. After my morning cup of cacao I’m good. In my flow, ready to go. My mind is at ease. I’m not rushed. Life is damn good. I am a customer for life :)

Have been making this with a base of chaga or coconut milk. Both so different- but so delicious!

Bought this for myself, but have been gifting disks to friends and family like crazy. A wonderful cacao to share!

I love Firefly products for my personal use and in cacao ceremony. The discs are convenient and taste far better than powder.
