I suffered with anxiety and depression my entire life. I’ve tried pharmaceuticals. I’ve tried working out and eating a clean diet. Meditating. Breathwork. Cold baths. You name it. I’ve tried it. Nothing has fixed my anxiety like this mushroom pack has. I wake up excited for the day BEFORE coffee! That’s never happened to me in my life. Even in childhood. Maybe this is how normal people feel everyday idk but as someone who has suffered with anxiety trauma and depression this is a MUST have in my daily routine.

I’ve been trying to get myself off of coffee and caffeine and this cocoa is a great way to do that, I drink it like I normally drink my coffee, get enough energy but not too much where I’m anxious. I started with the sample kit and I love them all.
