With the pandemic going on I have upped my attention to remaining healthy as the best way to protect my health. I was excited to see Firefly (Ora) getting into this space because I trust their sourcing and attention to the processes required to get the best quality and most effective product out of mushrooms. I actually learned a lot about how mushrooms can be processed, both good and bad, from the emails that they sent out explaining as much. I did additional research to confirm what I learned from them. I do a morning drink with aloe vera juice and a number of other "good for you" goodies and I have added this to it to help boost my immune system in any way that I can. It is a very fine powder that mixes easily and does not give a strong taste. In addition to my morning drink, I have also added it to my morning coffee and cacao drinks for added boosts when I have been feeling rundown. I know the supplement is helping me because there are studies to back the health and immunity benefits of the mushrooms used in this mixture, which btw are the only ingredients in this mixture. Will continue to make this part of my daily health ritual.

There are good quality ingredients in here, but my body and mind will get tired after drinking it, and I’ll start to feel pretty lethargic till I’m able to take a nap, but even afterwards I’m not energetic as much when I wake up. I think it’s for other people if they’re curious on trying it. Just not for me 🤷🏻‍♀️. Love their other products though!
