A friend recommended this to me and I'm so glad she did! This cacao melts easily and is wonderfully smooth. I use 1/3 oat milk (which also adds foam when you mix it like a cappuccino), 2/3 hot water, and about 5 discs which is the right amount of flavor for me. Plus I find I'm making several cups throughout the morning and early afternoon and their is a tiny amount of caffeine so I portion it on the smaller side. I don't add any honey or sweetener as I don't find this cacao bitter at all, but my friend adds a touch of maple syrup to hers. Rose tea also makes a great substitute for hot water to change up the flavor profile!

I didnt imagine to feel as strongly as I did when I started working with cacao. The given effects of each one are definitely significant. The taste is delicious,thick and creamy and i love how it makes my body feel!! Nothing like the nerve wreckage of coffee but so much more pure and an aftertaste of just love 😍 I feel as though it has heightened my journey of self love,discovery and healing. Im so grateful I decided to try cacao from a trusted and amazing source!!

I love the flavor and openness with the Boundless Belize! It’s a great way to start my mornings - with a small mug of cacao while I journal instead of my jittery, rushed coffee!

I add a few discs to my cup of coffee and whisk it with my little electric hand whisker. It blends up so creamy and adds a nice touch of flavor.
