I am loving loving adding this glorious cacao to my fasting regimen, fasting for 16/18 hours and breaking fast with a rich cup of cacao medicine to support my energy and mood all day long before I eat a healthy high protein meal. Makes me feel nourished deeply all day long...

I ordered a sample pack to try the ceremonial cacao for my first time. While on vacation with my two best friends, we had a ceremony before going to see the sunrise at the ocean. I pretty quickly felt a little buzzy but it was a very pleasant feeling. It was a very high on life kind of feeling. Very joyous! Our experience at the ocean was extremely blissful. Thank you so much for this wonderful product of which I will be ordering more tomorrow.
