I needed to drastically reduce my coffee intake.... the research pointed me towards cacao as an energizing and mood boosting alternative. I did not realize this was the ritual I needed in my life. I only need one cup and I feel ready for my day... coffee always woke me up but left me wanting more and more throughout the day. Still loving coffee but as a treat instead of a constant. Thank you Ora Cacao for bringing us this gift from the trees to my cup while honoring the farmers and all those involved in the process. I feel truly connected to something healing and magical.

A friend gifted me my first bag of Mystical Mushroom cacao and I love it. It is such a wonderful way to start the day, sitting outside, holding a bowl of it in my hands, I spontaneously felt appreciation for all that the abundance the earth has to offer, even in these challenging times.

I think this is really going to depend on how you react to adaptogenic mushrooms. This wasn't as grounding but found it a great drink to have before working on creative projects.
