I haven't tried my cacao as it arrived completely melted a few days ago. I have it in the refrigerator and I guess I’m going to have to cut it up in pieces.

My chocolate sampler arrived completely melted. I emailed photos and received a standard response telling me to chop it up with a knife. I had planned on including them in a ceremony but when chocolate melts it gets that chalky residue and it just didn’t inspire beauty for the ceremony. I have tried them and they taste fine. I tried the sampler first but had in mind making a big order for upcoming ceremonies and classes. However I probably will not order again because the customer service reply I got back felt patronizing(I rarely ever leave reviews but I felt so unsatisfied with this experience that I found myself filling this out when the email came in my inbox asking for feedback). I get that chocolate melts but the standard response tried to say it can happen if I leave it in my mailbox outside when it’s hot). That was not the case. It arrived solidly clumped together in a hard mass of previously melted chocolate. I hear they will offer a $15 ice pack option sometime in the future.

My husband didn't realize it had added sugar and emailed immediately to change the order, but you didn't check the email before the order shipped. I can't have the sugar so unfortunately, I was unable to enjoy the product. I love maca and would love a maca cacao without added sugar.

Wish I could give a review of all 5, but I only received 1 sample so I'll give 1 star for that 1 sample. It was incredibly dissapointing to open that box and shake it around looking for my other samples. To be fair, I wasn't overcharged, but it's not what I ordered. If there was a problem putting in all 5, I would have appreciated knowing that so I could have canceled the order.
