I ordered the deluxe kit because of the image show the tantric rose cacoa as included. The image is wrong and should be fixed to show the actually included samples.

The flavor I was most looking to sample (tantric rose) was not in the package. You need to make it ABUNDANTLY clear AND CHANGE THE IMAGE ON YOUR SITE, it easily throws people off and is a very inaccurate description. Not buying from you anymore unless compensated. Will tell everybody to seek business elsewhere....

A 10 disc drink of VV is the consistency of 25 disks of any other one (I haven't had mushroom however), and the overwhelming flavor and mouthfeel of maca makes it hard to enjoy sipping. Maca has a powerful flavor (think carrots) that I'm not sure mixes well with cacao.

There has been no other experience using this item other than concern and frustration of not receiving my order after one month of waiting.

I was unaware of any benefits this product could provide at 35g. I felt no uplifting feelings nor did it help my mood.

We still haven’t received our order or had any communication from the company about the status of our order!! :(

I’m disappointed because not only its very expensive but I find it impossible to drink. I expected it to be bitter and I wciecred to acquire the taste with the help of some agave syrup or other sweetener but this stuff makes me puke. Drinking it with oat or almond milk instead of water with some agave syrup makes it barely drinkable but still... I don’t see myself doing this every day or every other day because I would dread the taste so much that it would sit in the kitchen for months and I would never want to drink it. Now for the hefty price tag: it says between 8/10 discs of cacao in 1/2 cup that’s a lot of cacao discs even if you get a big bag and it’s very little water or but milk depending on how you drink it. Again it’s still very bitter no matter what and it’s too expensive for the amount you get and most importantly how much you are supposed to use in each mini drink. A $45.00 bag would not last long.... Nope. It’s a no for me. I wanted to like it; I wanted to incorporate this healthy concoction into my daily/weekly routine and share with my Mother but I can’t do it. I give it 2 stars because the staff on the phone was nice but be careful with shipping: product melting in the summer during transit (not covered by the insurance), returns are not possible in most cases and if they are Firefly charges a whopping 25% restocking fee (!!) and if your package gets lost you better have the insurance you can purchase at the time of the transaction if not well it’s lost: so the rules are very strict for such a pricey product.

While I appreciate the fast delivery, the product itself did not agree with my body. Bear in mind, I did research on ceremonial cacao beforehand. I knew what to do, what not to do, I followed the recipe, and still I have read cases where participants felt nauseated after consuming cacao. I did not just experience nausea, however; I had headaches and other gastrointestinal issues, even after drinking LOTS of water. (I tried Crio Bru, which my cousin gave me, a week before and experienced none of these issues.) When I asked for a refund, they wouldn't give it. Needless to say, I am very disappointed.
