well i just eat don't bother with tea i'm a coffee fan and lotta complexity in this too. Think the Belize favorite thus far i'm not sure i'm getting wisdom but tastes great and feels good!

Very nice idea! If I were in the farmer's situation, I'd want the help! Therefore, I did help, and feel good about it,too!
I'd make hot chocolate and take a photo of it, but I would rather not spoil supper!

I love my morning cacao rituals. I add maple syrup to sweeten and felt h it up. It’s rich, creamy and absolutely divine! They are all wonderful but love the rose the most.

I really like the pure, not-too-sweet chocolate-y flavor - my favorite way to drink it is mixed with oat milk, a sprinkle of cinnamon, and a scoop of collagen powder to give a little more protein!

I am still in the middle of taking the course, today is day 14. I can honestly say I am looking forward the taking the facilitators course. This 101 course is absolutely wonderful, and has allowed me to create and build a connection with this extremely sacred plant medicine. Thank and many blessings 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

I make a cacao drink every single morning, sometimes in the afternoon too.
I do a tablespoon of cacao, cinnamon, raw honey, hot water and I do a little bit of sea salt flakes on top. My favorite part of the morning. I give thanks every single day when I drink it.
