I had my first Cacao Ceremony in February. It was beautiful and I noticed that as an avid chocolate lover and Diabetic that I do not get to enjoy it very often, but with Cacao, I can enjoy not only the Spiritual side of Cacao Ceremony, but I love the taste too. I make mine with (unsweetened) coconut milk or water and add cinnamon, turmeric, and black pepper. It is one of the highlights of my mornings now and I loved the opportunity to try different kinds of Cacao too. I may try another sampler just to see if I can get some of the other varieties I missed in this one, but as of right now my fave are the Medicinal Mushroom and Tantric Rose. The others are just as amazing, but those are the two I am favoring at this time.

So glad I found this awesome product to drink instead of coffee. I love to be creative and add different flavors to it depending on my mood. It makes me so happy to just while drink it’s warm and frothy.

I have done about 5 ceremonies on my own with the intent to come to know Cacao to eventfully host a group ceremony. The ceremonies have all been different and very powerful. I got the sense in today’s ceremony that Cacao called me to her. She has been teaching me what is REALLY, important plus how natural and authentic it can be to honor express gratitude for nature and my food for example.
