I find this blend to be a reliable pick-me-up when I’m feeling a bit tired or run down. This is also the one I usually have as a 2nd cup later in the afternoon.

I have loved all the ceremonial cacao that I have ordered from Firefly. I have now had all of the non-sweetened ones. Ecstatic Ecuador is my least favorite of all. It is because it is a little on the bitter side and I am not a fan of bitter.

Just wanted to give a shoutout to the staff here at firefly for doing an excellent job of processing my order. Due to certain circumstances, I needed the cacao shipped at a later date and they readily came to my aid. So for that, thank you. As for the cacao, it is absolutely excellent; you can really feel you heart center open up and it really is a great way to start the day.
