My favorite! The subtle Rose flavor is adding so much depth to the cacao.

I find this particular blend very soothing and nurturing. It’s particularly good for intimate ceremony where there is a lot of sharing of emotions. I’ll also use this one personally when I have a triggered state about a situation. It reminds me to stay in my heart.

Two large bags so far (medicinal mushrooms boundless belize) have been distributed into small containers to be left in the places where I would need them (e.g. yoga mat, kitchen, car, office, backpack). This is how I've been able to stop purchasing chocolate bars from markets. The large quantity of cacao discs has allowed me to share with others to try, which often sparks conversation on the quality and values that underlie Firefly Chocolate. It has been a worthy investment of self-care (literally an act of metta towards myself) that also serves the collective in a very synergistic way (e.g. preserving the wild forests where they originate, supporting direct trade to indigenous communities). On a vast note, I believe ceremonial cacao can potentially revolutionize conventional community mental health treatment, wherein cacao replaces denatured psychiatric medications and ceremony contextualizes therapeutic/transformative experiences. Joyous cacao! I like consuming boundless belize in various ways: by itself throughout the day or in decoctions/elixirs with other herbs that have heart & nervous system-tonifying properties. It expands capacity to engage in physical activities like yoga-asana and walking meditation/hike. It aids transmutation of accumulated **********/stagnation in the channels, especially after a work day. I think of ceremonial cacao as akin to a pranic boost to immerse mindfulness throughout the body. This cacao has been truly sublime.

This strengthened my immune system. I started my days with this medicinal blend, while later adding boundless belize - both with stellar results. In the previous cold season, I honestly don't recall having been sick for longer than a day. Sometimes I would make this first thing in the morning for sitting meditation. Other times it would be a post-breakfast energizer/countering tamas before going off to work "in the field" (community mental health lingo) or in a vitamin-D deficient office environment. This medicinal+ cacao is essential for those with vata constitutions in vata season (i.e. late fall-winter).

Cacao and Holistic Health is the third class I have taken from the Firefly offerings and the information was comprehensive and jam packed into the two one our classes. Support materials were more extensive than ever and links to studies and articles were provided. This not only gave us access to excellent source material, it gave us an opportunity to easily go deeper into the information and better integrate what was presented. It was a fast moving joyful experience underscored by Jonas and Sena's passion for ceremonial cacao.

Since I live in Alaska, I find this blend lovely and warming. The added cayenne brings forth an element of focus and intention.

I did not know how much I would love this deep rich blend. This is my “go to” for deep healing work, on the physical, mental and spiritual plane.
