Yes his not only has many health benniftis , it also helps start your day off with , intension, purpose and motivation. I have found it has helped with food sugary food cravings. I intend on using the ceramony in my spiritual practice! The only problem I have is a good one, I can’t find a mug that calls to me....

I am so grateful for my friend sharing her experience with this! I’m after a few days of enjoying this product I messaged her telling her it literally feels like a warm hug for my soul. I feel peace and gratitude fill me and she also got me into frothing!!! So that light airy whip in top is like sealing it with a soft kiss I am thankful for this company and it’s products!

This is a plant medicine dream come true. I’ve been studying Ayurvedic Medicine & tried many things, but nothing comes close to the power of Thriving Tanzania cacao. I like it on its own or sometimes I add a few wafers to my coffee. For me, it’s almost like a more gentle safe & healthy version of adderall without side effects. Lol
I feel focused, joyful & energized with a sense of peace. Isn’t that how we all wish to feel most days?

Glowing Guatemala was the perfect blend for the New Year Women’s Circle I hosted including breath work, meditation, yoga asana, and of course cacao ceremony. I was thrilled to have this mothering nurturing wise blend that so perfectly added to this magical event.
I made my tea base first by roasting whole cinnamon, cardamom seeds, cloves, and peppercorns then boiling with water into a tea. I added the cacao discs and a bit of agave nectar. The women in circle enjoyed it, many for the first time. Glowing reports all around. I am so grateful for Firefly Chocolate inspiring cacao ceremony in all my ceremonious gatherings!
