This cacao is of the highest quality. On top of that, Jonas' business model is as clean and ethical as any we will find today. I've been using various raw cacao products sourced from South America for several years now and was very happy with them, but I will be using Firefly exclusively for the foreseeable future. And given how well these wafers keep, I am a huge fan of the large order option.

I am loving spending quiet time with Cacao and learning from Cacao. I enjoy the mayan spices and have been playing with mixing it with other of your ceremonial cacaos. I have not yet gotten an energetic distinction between the cacaos.

I love preparing a cup of cacao. I’m guilty of putting a tsp of raw sugar in it, and cashew milk too. I use it to help with my thyroid issues as well so I put in selenium, inositol and ashwaghanda as well as some collagen with mushroom powder and you can’t even taste it! So delicious AND nutritious!

I planned to use this just for the occasional chocolate ceremony… but found I was putting one disk in my bulletproof coffee every morning. As I put it in I always say “Spirit of Cacao - help me thrive”. Maybe the next one I get will be “Keep me Boundless” or “Keep me Spicy!!” :-))))
I love this stuff.
