I love the Connected Columbia cacao. My favorite way to make it is with oat milk and a splash of maple syrup. I shared this with friends a few times and did small cacao ceremonies, and we had a great experience and truly connected with each other. Very pleased with this cacao!

This was my first bag of ceremonial cacao.
I prepared my first mug with intention.
Steps
1. Boil Water
2. Select a meaningful mug for your cacao
3. Add several disks of cacao
4. Add a dollop of coconut oil
5. Add spices & Herbal Extracts - cayenne, cinnamon, vanilla powder, turmeric, kava kava..
6. Top with boiling water
7. Froth
8. Drink with meaning and intent - let the cacao heal your spirit
I also like to add the cacao disks to my morning coffee. It adds a smooth creamy texture and a bit of spice to my daily coffee.

I haven’t tried every flavor, but so far, this one is my absolute favorite. It’s smooth and pleasant, and I love blending it with coconut milk for a delicious morning drink.
