I have used this cacao every day, at least twice a day, since I got it. It is so delicious and makes me feel awesome. I struggle with depression and this honestly makes me feel “semi-normal” after I drink it. It’s something small, quick and delicious I can do for myself and now I will never be without it!

I have only started drinking ceremonial cacao for about a month . The Glowing Guatemala gave me such an enriching experience with focusing my thoughts, a sense of inner peace and a healthy outlook! I have actually almost given up caffeine in favor of this worthwhile find! I will definitely continue this journey of self-awareness and betterment with ceremonial cacao!!

First off I just recently started drinking Ceremonial Cacao and have tried a couple of other brands but Firefly has been the best by far.I love the sampler, it allowed me to try the different blends of Cacao and just choose which one I felt like having for the day. I make a morning drink, with coffee or just by itself, that gives me the energy and fat I need till my morning meal. I am sleeping better and have noticed my mind is clear and I have more energy.
