I've tasted & tried many different kinds of cacao. Firefly chocolate is my go-to! I love that they come in disc form, it makes it easy to put together a delicious cup of cacao goodness. They also have fantastic customer service. Their love and knowledge for cacao really shows!

We're new to cacao so for fun my mom and I did a blind taste test between Firefly cacao and another popular company, using a few of the pure Firefly varieties and one sample from the other (slightly less expensive) company. I couldn't believe the quality difference between Firefly and the other highly recommended brand-- I sorta figured all the cacao would taste the same but the difference was shocking with Firefly winning hands down. The other cacao really tasted off by comparison to Firefly's smooth rich flavor. Obviously we're grateful to have done the side-by-side comparison and will only be purchasing from Firefly moving forward-- if you're shopping around we highly recommend doing a little blind taste test yourself!

Highly recommend you try the Tantric Rose Blossom cacao, it is divine! I was worried it might be too strong of a rose flavor for me but the balance is perfect and I find so much joy in sipping it.

Of those that I've tried, this Cacao has been my favorite so far. Straight forward delicious flavor, but there's also just some thing about the way I feel afterwards. More so than many other Cacao's I find a meditation session with this to be highly productive, usher in feelings of gratitude, and I stand up recharged and ready to tackle the rest of my day!

I really enjoyed this Cacao's subtle flavors. It does a good job of adding just a bit of spices to the pallet without overpowering the Cacao in and of itself. I say Spices, but don't worry if you have issues with heat ("spicy") as it's subtle enough that almost all folks won't have difficulty there at all. I would purchase again, though likely for more of a fall/winter application. Great stuff from this company!

I love to make this with almond milk and add a little bit of honey, cinnamon and tahini. The natural notes of the cacao work wonderfully with these additions.
