I switch between "plain" cacao and the mushroom. It's such a complex earthy flavor, I can really get lost in the flavor. I do add a pinch of sea salt and a little raw honey and it truly warms and nourishes me. I can't belive since drinking one cup of cacao my coffee cravings have completely stopped. This is the time of year when I crave pumpkin lattes and warm drinks. Not anymore.
