  These compression socks are not tight at all. I purchased one size smaller than what my calf measured and my socks that are 5 yrs old are tighter. I am very disappointed

  Socks are very comfortable, shipping is good, and selection is decent. They feel good even after 12 hours. I prefer the thicker socks with merino wool, even in the warm months. I wear them daily for general activity and hiking.

  I discovered CEP Compression socks after being diagnosed with a minor circulatory issue with my legs. I'm an active runner, hiker, and golfer, and my work also demands periods of extended time on my feet. I've been a big fan of another wool-based sock that doesn't make compression socks, but recommends CEP to their customers. I also have found CEP socks on shoe website where I buy my running shoes. My experience with CEP has been very good. They balance good compression without being too difficult to put on. Those of you who wear compression socks will know what I mean. They are not too short or long, and the elastic at the top doesn't pinch my skin. They were comfortable all day and I didn't feel the urge to take them off as soon as I came home. As far as durability, they seem sturdy. After time, I'll see how long that keep the appropriate amount of pressure. I have no reason to think that these socks will last a long time with normal wear. I liked the first two pair enough that I've already bought a third.

  I have not received product yet. It was first promised delivery after 1 week when CEP then charged my card. It was delayed two weeks and then three weeks. After 4th delay, no timeframe given in transit (assumed lost). I have paid for it and it is just lost in shipping with no followup by CEP. I have brought many items in the past from them. I cannot say the same going forward since they are undependable in followup and choosing an undependable shipper.

  I used these for the first time today walking 4 mi in 25 degrees with 10ish mph winds. The pants are true to size and comfortable but they are not midwest cold weather pants. I would say they are for maybe mid 30s-mid 40s. Maybe upper 20s if it's sunny without wind. There's no fleece under the wind panel on the thighs so my thighs were like the coldest part of me today. But you also can't wear them inside bc your thighs immediately start sweating. Another piece that's just annoying is that the elastic in the waist band isn't sewn to the pants material so as you pull them up or down the elastic band flips around. They are loose enough that you could wear a second layer under them which would certainly help. So I'm summary, they're OK but not what I was looking for. I probably wouldn't buy them again and I certainly wouldn't pay full price for them but I'll use them now that I have them and have used them so I can't return them I assume.

  The infrared recovery socks are fantastic. They speed my recovery better than my pricey compression boots. The recovery compression tights are also good. I have not tried the shorter running socks yet but I have the tall ones and love them.

  For a competitive marathon runner - CEP compression is a must! I run all the races in CEP shorts and wear compression calf sleeves every day.   I love these socks they are the best I’ve ever found. Pricey and shipping should be included . The one star is due to the fact on Black Friday I purchased socks early am. One hour later I get an offer for FREE shipping. Upset I emailed and asked for a refund for shipping . They replied saying they have done so. Well it’s almost Christmas and NO REFUND. I won’t buy again.

  The socks shrunk some. They are not long enough for me. They are about 4 inches below my knee.
