  I have ordered from them for years. I know how to use their website. They sent me some socks I ordered but others were a ladies pair and 2 pairs of the wrong size…said I couldn’t return them…may have to look for this type of sock elsewhere ! The reply was quite extensive, but in the end no help. I wasn’t looking for anything free , but they should have allowed me to return the wrong size sock and the female socks for exchange !!!

  Although you feel these are expensive, (and they are) think of them as an investment. I’ve worn mine years. They last for 3 or more years. Occasionally they may need a little toe reinforcement w a few stitches if you wear out the big toe. I promise the effectiveness lasts and lasts with these compassion socks. No other brand that I’ve bought cones close to how comfortable these are.. and how great your legs feel in them. I wear them summer and winter. Two thumbs up!

  Love the calf sleeves. They make my legs feel great on long runs and also help with recovery so I don’t get cramps in my legs. I’m a marathon runner and will always use these over other products out there on the market. Best product, quality and great service!

  My acupuncturist recommended compression socks for my vericose veins and for circulation. These are fantastic - love the variety of colors. I have three pair and they really make a difference!

  It's great to find a compression sock in this length. They are a little difficult to put on but, otherwise, are a good fit and prevent swelling. It took a little longer than expected before they were delivered (probably just spoiled by Amazon 2 day delivery).

  Perfect support, padding and height for hiking shoes. Not too hot. I have recurring mild plantar fasciitis and these socks were supportive enough to do a six hour peak hike. Maybe would have liked some different color choices. But really it doesn’t matter the color. Quality matters and these socks are great!

I went on their website and explained the issue and almost immediately, received a reply and a return postage label and a week later a proper set of socks.

  The truth of the matter is that these are just not worth the price. First of all, they don't fit well around the waist and crotch. So really these are mainly for thighs and calves. For $11 I can get compression leggings that work just as well. They may not last as long but I doubt the CEP tights will last about 15 times longer, which is what they'd have to do to be competitive.

  The two pairs of your compression socks have been terrific for my husband who has dealt with Achilles tendon pain. It’s so good to see him walking in comfort. I highly recommend these socks for anyone dealing with Achilles or other issues. These socks are the answer for how to relieve these problems.

  They changed the quality of soxs. Their web site gave no notice to the change of their compression soxs. I buy their Soxs for the compression that helps my feet during running and all around exercise. The new Sox's are lighter apparently with less fabric, and less compression. I informed the company, but was told I can return at my expense. After several years of using their product I feel this chabge is fraudulent.

  Why isn't told on your website that the new lighter weight sox will not have the same compression. Your price for the lighter six is the same as the heavier Sox. Even my Dr. Said ater I should the older Sox against the new Sox, not the same compression.

  I searched for compression socks after my midwife recommended that I wear them do to swelling in my ankles from pregnancy. I have found the ankle sleeve to be particularly helpful. It helps with the swelling and also makes my foot feel less sore. I found CEP because Darn Tough is my favorite brand of socks but they don’t make compression socks, so they recommended CEP. The only negative is that these socks make my feet hotter than my regular socks which mostly wool, because of all the synthetic materials in them.

  I've tried other compression socks for my cycling activities and others seem to be thicker. These CEP socks are pretty thin by comparison and in the summer heat of Arizona much welcome.

  I placed order (during sale) and when received the shorts don't have a side pocket like advertised. When I called I was told I could return. The shorts are discontinued so can't get what I ordered, and not worth my time to package up, travel to UPS, and ship back. Very disappointed the product discription as well as tags on shorts both state there is a side pocket, but there is not. Don't advertise what the product is not.

  It’s a good website. Customer service has been excellent. In my mobile browser, sometimes this 10% off button would block the Done or Apply button when filtering and I emailed them about it and they were quick to update the site and never had a problem since. Shipping is timely. Quality of socks is the best with lots of options and were recommended by my vascular surgeon because of my blood clot.
