  I purchased this at Fleet Feet and wish that I had bought it 3 months earlier that I did. It really helped stabilize and support my strained achilles tendon. After daily use for 2 and a half months the seams holding the silicone started separating; however, one call to CEP customer support and a replacement was delivered in about 3 days.

  I love the sock, but all 4 of my ultra light compression socks had snags in the fabric after the first wash, before I was able to wear them. I washed them in gentle with other workout clothes. It was such a disappointment, after spending over $200 for 4 pairs of socks. I cannot recommend the product anymore. I own over 30 pairs of the CEP running compression socks and none of them have snags. I have worn them for running and everyday wear in a field environment. I am disappointed in the quality and can no longer recommend them to friends and colleagues.

  It's easy to gauge that CEP products are high quality. However, it would have been helpful to have specific instructions on how to properly measure for the correct sizes. My socks were a little too big and my husband's socks too small.

  the Socks are VERY Good , but every time I order I Never get everything I order in one shipment! Customer service Is attentive , but while they make It seem like it’s All about them taking care of the customer , except when CEP Has sales they do not worry about taking care of the customer when they Fall short of product because they do not update stock totals on their site. All they had to do was replace with a product of equal standing , instead they chose to leave me with a half hearted apologie ….. and No Socks

  I really like the socks for walking. They stay put , sent bulky and are comfortable. For me they don’t work for all day wear as the compression hurts my arthritic feet after several hours. Best sock for my long walks.

  Fits me perfectly, breathes great, and looks slick to boot - love the squared off collar, def an original touch. Great for running as intended, but also works great for casual wear (see slick looks above :)). I got it in black and then ordered a white one as well.

  The review of the site is 5 stars. I used it may times and was always satistfied with the site experience and the products. I this case I was not satisfied with the product but the site itsels is still a 5 star experience. After years of using your run shorts this last one, version 4.0 is a total fail. It is 3-4 inches shorter than it should be. After years of using it this is very disappointing.

  The tights are too small for me and I can not figure out how to make my return/exchange? I have sent emails to Cep but have not received anything from the company to help me proceed with the exchange. There are not instruction on my receipt or in previous emails about how to return/exchange????? I really want to try the tights because I my skin gets irrigated when I run and this has stopped me from running for many years. A friend told me about the tights and I was really looking forward to trying them but the smalls are WAY too small and I need a Medium to get them on so I can try them. I paid through Amazon, but I cannot exchange through Amazon. At this point I have just thrown away $100 dollars on some tights I can't use.

  Your tall 4.0 running compression socks have completely eliminated lower leg pain I was experiencing; I wear them each time I put on running shoes. I just purchased the lower cut ultralight socks for golf and everyday, and really like them. They don't have quite the support as the tall socks, but much better than others I have been wearing.

  I don't know why olive socks and purple socks are black on the lower section, which is the only part that's visible. If you're going to sell colored socks, make the entire sock the same color.

  I'm and old guy and don't train hard anymore, but I do a whole lot of serious rehab work. The compression sleeves and socks have helped keep my legs in shape and prevent injuries. I wear one or the other pretty much everyday. Pricey but well worth it.

  I enjoy the products but I experienced issues with my most recent order concerning logistics. Unfortunately, there was zero upfront communication from CEP informing me of the delays with a portion of my order, but when I did reach out to customer service (on a Saturday), the response was quick and courteous. It turned out the delayed times were actually on back order, but I had tracking information from the beginning showing that the items were “en route”. All things considered, some of the service was good even though the majority of it was bad, so I still have to rate this experience as bad.

  Socks are a 5! Customer service not so much. I ordered two pair almost a month ago. One pair showed up a week later (perfectly acceptable) along with a note that said this completes my order. When contacting the company, they had no way of tracking where the socks were nor were they able to cancel the order or offer to immediately ship a replacement for the one that didn't show up. My CC company was able to help. 3 weeks later the last pair showed up. I don't mind the wait if I am offered an option prior to purchasing, but the company says they don't know where the socks are being dropped shipped from or the time it might take. I suggested CEP advise purchasers the option of opting out if their socks cannot show up in a reasonable period of time. The only thing they're able to do is send tracking information which did not provide any information nor an ETA.

  First time ordering so I ordered 2 different styles to try. The No Show Compression socks are great. Exchanged the Low Cut for more No Shows strictly due to the style, not the performance. Exchange did not cost anything and Customer Service was excellent. Highly recommend this company and products!

  Navigating the site isn't difficult, although finds can return so many results that it's difficult to sort through them all. The design of socks offered seems slanted toward women, which is disappointing.
