  I am impressed with how easy it was to sell my old Mercedes-Benz to Cash for Cars. I answered some questions online and scheduled to have car picked up on a day that was convenient for me. The tow truck driver that came to pick up the car gave me a check for the amount they offered me online and that was it! He was timely, professional and friendly. I would do business with them again.

  I've never used a service like this and after contacting many services like this one I must say they are the best. They offered me the highest price and the selling procedure was very straight forward and smooth. It was very easy, we agreed on a price, we scheduled a pickup and they took the car and handed me a check. The only complaint I would have is that when I went to cash the check the bank told me that Cash for Cars had not approved it yet and it might take up to 24 hours to have the funds released. This is unacceptable, why would you take my vehicle and hand me a check that I can't cash? What do they think someone selling their car is going to do other than go cash the check? I called the customer service and they had the check released in two hours but that was still inconvenient. Other than that the transaction was smooth and easy. I would recommend Cash for Cars to anyone that needs to use a service like this one. I was forced to sell my car due to an accident and they made a stressful situation as smooth as it could have been.

  The initial bait and switch thing was bad!! I got a quote and then they changed the amount; that immediately alarmed me and made me not trust the company or doing business; I almost went somewhere else. From that point on I did not trust the company and so was very skeptical to give my signed info or trust that it wasn't some scam. The tow pickup process was great though, and glad the tow driver had check and was nice. Still half expected the check to bounce and have to take legal action. UGH!!

  The offer price for my wreck car was within range of other quotes and they person that assisted me was very helpful and patient. However, after they took the car away and gave me the check, I couldn't get back in touch them to complete the necessary information for the pink slip because the department that handles this is too busy to pick up the phone. It either just rings or you're on hold forever - after 30 min. hold I gave up. So I just fill in the information I got from the check they gave me and submitted on-line with the DMV.

  I would have given a better review but there was some sort of mix up on your end where I had to wait two weeks for my car to be picked up. Other than that everything was good.

  Not as easy as it seems. After accepting their offer, it took several weeks to get a check mailed to me. It seemed like there was not much communication between cash for cars and the towing service that picked up my wreck.

  I received an immediate offer for my 2008 vehicle which could not start at the time. The offer was fair given the condition of the vehicle. The follow up to the transaction was timely, with constant communication over the telephone between the buyer and the towing company which picked up the vehicle at the precise time they agreed to. A very worry free process that allowed me to sell my vehicle in a very short time frame.

  I delayed getting rid of my bike because I thought it was a hassle but it's probably the easiest and most laid back process you will encounter. Once you submit a quote, they are quick to give you a call back and get information. I received a call back, an offer, and an appointment to pick up my vehicles all in the same day I sent a request in! They show you how to sign your title and provide other dmv docs for a smooth transfer. If you're questioning it, Don't. I highly recommend.
