  Had a very terrible experience. Things didn't go as planned but having to chase the staff to do things was very frustrating. Definitely would not recommend.

  I was reluctant selling a car over the internet, but the service was impeccable and everything worked out as promised. The driver who picked up the vehicle was very professional and the cheque was deliverd as promised. I would say the paperwork was a little lacking until the end, so I described the vehicle (bumps and all) very thoroughly in the final document to ensure there were no issues after the fact and there were no issues.

  This is the only way to sell your vehicle! This process was so easy. The staff was helpful, polite, arrived on time and were extremely efficient. The price quoted for our vehicle was exactly the amount we received without further negotiations and we were promptly paid when they picked up our vehicle. Thank you for everything!

  Honestly, they were very slow to contact when I first applied, however, the moment they contacted me, the process was smooth, very informative and gave a very good price for the vehicle. They earned the 5 stars. I hate junking cars, I prefer to fix them all, but if I do again it will be through these guys before I even look at any other route.

  My experience in selling my vehicle was nothing but amazing, I called and talked with someone right away, sent in my photos and everything that was asked of me, and within a couple of hours I had a quote which was over my expectations, and the vehicle was picked up the following day. If I ever needed to sell another vehicle or knew someone who did I will definitely recommend your company. Well worthy of a five star rating. Keep up the amazing work.

  Thank you for taking our vehicle. We did have a small issue. The driver showed up a day ahead, and did not call before he rang the door bell. It's a good thing we were home at the time, or it would have been a wasted trip. Will recommend your services.

  It was a pretty seamless process. After a brief phone call where I provided the basic information and condition of the vehicle, was called back within an hour or so with a quote. I was given a full week to agree with the quote price of purchase. Once agreed , a dispatcher contacted me via text updating me on the arrival time of a tow which came a few days later than I was told. But it wasn’t a big deal. Everyone I spoke to was extremely friendly and the quote I received was the best I saw after searching around for a few days. Overall really good experience! Legit business!

  Everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful however it took a long time to hear anything back from a rep in Alberta and then when I finally did everything was rushed and kind of pushy to get it done, was perplexed by the sudden rush after it took almost 2 weeks to hear anything back

  Connor was excellent to deal with but it seemed to take longer for payment after they received ownership and lien removal letter from bank. Would have given 5 stars but had to call and send some emails with regards to this. Other then that, I would deal with them again.

  Our car's engine stopped working. Repairs on a 7 years old vehicle would be as much as to buy a new car, we decided best to sell it. however living 60 kms from the nearest town, we had no idea how to go about it. Found Cashforcars.ca and gave them a call. Their representative was extremely helpful. After answering some questions, the offer I received for our car was very close to what I felt our car was worth. Everything was done over the phone and it couldn't have been any easier. Their representative was very kind, helpful and help put me at ease in what was for me a very stressful situation. In a few days I meet up with the tow driver, handed over my keys, paperwork and got a cheque which will go towards a down on our next car.

  I found them extremely professional from those I spoke to on the phone to the person who picked up my car. I received the amount they offered me which I found to be very fair. The person picking up the car brought the cheque with him & gave it to me at that time. I would certainly recommend them to anyone who asked. They were also helpful & not pushy at all.

  Customer service was very detailed. You have one contact person but if not available the person you talk to has all the information. There were a lot of repetitive emails unfortunately due to that though.
