    Ordered a Wesley Allen Iron Bed and thrilled with it!!! Carolina Rustica was outstanding throughout the process. One of the beds arrived damaged but because it was assembled by their contractor, we did not notice until two months later. But in all fairness the furniture is of high quality and beautiful.

    Admittedly it has been COVID time, but it took over 5 months to get the furniture. And they charged the full amount for the furniture at the time of order. Carolina Rustica responded quickly when I inquired about the order or the shipping, but they did not keep me updated without me calling them for information. The furniture is so-so quality and had a chip in the finish on the day it was delivered. It took a couple of emails to get some response. At first they wanted to send me several colored touch-up pens to repair it. I refused, so a furniture restoration person is supposed to come...10 days after the furniture was delivered. Overall, I feel that I have wasted a lot of time and even more money on a piece of furniture that came damaged.

    It took a little long to have my package delivered but that was in the hype of COVID so no fault to the company. Well worth the wait on the delivery though! The TV stand I received was packaged so tight and there wasn’t a scratch on the furniture. It’s a beautiful piece and looks absolutely perfect in the living room. Recommend ordering from this company again! I was very pleased with my purchase.

    I worked with Sherry Anderson and she is the very best I known in the area of customer service. She is doing the very best to help me with the order. I initially ordered a light brown leather recliner and it turns out the manufacturer did not have it anymore. To make things easy for me, Sherry requested some samples of the leather colors that could be close to my needs from the manufacturer. Having leather samples for comparison purposes is very helpful in deciding the color that is the closest to the existing furniture. And she kept me in the loop the whole time. She is fantastic!!! I give her ****** (six stars out of five).

    I placed the order on August 10 and it is November 18 and I have not received the table yet. One week before Thanksgiving and I have no table. No delivery. This is no way to do business. Everytime I call to inquire on the status no one knows. But the company didn't waste anytime cashing in the pay. I will never do business with this company again. Very disappointed.     We received notification when the chair left the factory and then silence from 11/21 until I contacted the shipping company weeks later. The tracking page is difficult to understand as it just says "waiting for next truck to your area." I finally emailed the shipping company and asked for a projected date. They wrote back and said they would contact me early the next week which they did. The only available day of delivery was Christmas Eve between 8:30a-8:00p. Put off taking delivery until after Christmas. Once again I am waiting for the next delivery to this area. All persons I talked with were courteous and helpful.
