  I was hesitant on ordering because I’ve had bad experiences with other companies sending me a product even if it looks blurry. I paid extra to give my picture a “pop” and I was beyond impressed when it arrived. My husband was in awe with how beautiful our wedding photo came out. When we started building our house I had this vision from the very beginning. It’s going to be a staple item in my new home. Thank you!!!!

  Ordered about 5 canvas pictures, and they were delivered within 2 days! I also had a small issue when i accidentally pressed twice to place an order. Within 2 hours customer service emailed me back (yes a real person) and credited the money back to my account. I highly recommend this company, and will continue to use them for my picture needs.

  I recently purchased a canvas online and it was processed so easily. I had someone contact me about the quality of my picture as they had concerns. It turned out perfect.   I was the world's worst customer! Duplicated a print by mistake and sent the wrong voucher code!! The lovely people at canvasjet kept in touch until everything was sorted out - nothing was too much trouble. They ensured I was happy before going ahead with my order, then it was delivered really quickly. Love the canvases - great memories of a fantastic holiday now in our own personal gallery in our hallway.   I placed 2 separate orders for canvas's to be printed and both look fabulous. I am extremely satisfied with the final product however I do think that there is room for improvement with their customer service team. My first order was a collage of photos and I called them to check if the quality of the collage was appropriate for the size of the print but the only feedback they would give me was 'if it is not right then we will contact you'. I would have preferred if they gave me a simple yes or no instead of leaving the customer guessing for days. Or maybe even say that we shall check and let you know in 'x' working days. My experience the 2nd time was a lot better, so kudos for the improved service. They contacted me on their own to say that the picture submitted was not appropriate for the size of canvas chosen and pro-actively gave me feedback as to what I could change the size to. Overall, I am very satisfied with the product and even recommended it to 3 other friends who all bought their own canvas and were also satisfied. I will now be placing an order for a mosaic canvas this month. Hoping that will also be just as beautiful. Regards, Mitali Botadra

  The Canvassjet website was very spot on. Steps are easy to follow although there is some crashing on the very end of the ordering process, when i called the customer service they were very helpful to me and my order was still process and waa delivered right on time before our wedding anniversary.

  I came across canvas jet after searching for photo canvases and I must say I was extremely pleased with their service.Many companies can make a canvas but very few provide the excellent customer service that I recieved from Canvasjet. They replied to all my queries online and guided me about the canvas options for my pictures.Furthermore, once the order was placed they called to confirm the order as well as send me an exact picture of what the canvas would look like after it was made. I found this feature to be the most helpful. Another feature that stood out is thr company's cash on delivery. I was a visitor and did not have a bank card and this feature definately helped. Coming to the actual canvas, WHAT BEAUTIFUL PRINT, WHAT FABULOUS QUALITY and super super fast turnaround time.I am extremely impressed by their service and I am in the process of ordering more prints as I write this. 2 thumbs up to you guys!

  The canvas collage that I ordered turned out awesome! I put together a collection of pictures that I took in the UAE for a gift to a family who’s job took them else where as a reminder of the time they spent here.   I used this company to obtain a very big canvas print (180cm x 100cm) of one of my photographs and the outcome was fantastic. The image was accurately transferred to the canvas with no distortion despite the huge enlargement. The canvas print was beautifully mounted, well packaged for posting...and it even arrived with the screws/plate needed for wall hanging. Excellent product and excellent service.
