  Contacted him about returning the exhaust, as the bike was bought back, so no need for the exhaust system. He would not accept a return on it if it was opened or the shipping label was damaged. The label got damaged on mine during transportation to my residence. Would recommend purchasing from somewhere else.

  That's not what happens, we try to help you but we never get back from you we told you... ''As long its not open the box and its new as we sent it to you you can return it IF you open the box i cannot sell it as new'-Any new items must be returned in the original box/packaging including static guards on shields, vendor hang tags, bags, hardware, etc. All hardware must be in original packaging and unopened. Items must be in restockable condition but it's also common sense... if its damage and open i cannot sell it as new Send me some pictures to see how it looks first and i will try to post it on facebook group maybe can sold open box

  That is exactly what happened, when I told you that "Had I known that your return policy was like that, I would've contacted you and claimed damage on the package" because the label and box had been damaged during shipment. I have the emails to prove that I contacted you on this. You never got back to me from there. So I figured you don't care about the clients that you have. So, you got a bad review that I stand by 100%, due to the truth being told.

  The box, hardware and plastic bags are all complete. After you didn't reply back to me, I opened the box completely, still intact though to attempt to sell it myself. However, I lost interest in doing so. Too much of a pain to do. I don't really care what, or how, you rate me with stars. It won't effect my buying power at all.

  Purchased T-Rex Racing Sliders communication was terrific really impressed. Over the phone conversation that solved a problem when company sent me two left bars instead of a right and left. He took care of the issue and got the correct parts. Really impressed with his ability to treat you well.

  Bill is the real deal. Old school customer service. Amazingly quick delivery and comms is second to none. I admit I was skeptical initially but was kept in the loop every step of the way. products always arrived packaged perfectly and safely. You won't be disappointed. Bill is now my go to in AUS as local dealers are useless. Yes, Bills is miles away, but he is competitive on price and won't let you down. 100% recommend bill every step of the way.   Was able to order new motorbike helmet visor and extras from Bills Exhausts and found it to be very easy. Delivery was quick and though it was in another country, swift. If only Bills was in the UK so there would not be any transport tax. That can just be a wish.
