  I tried taking my car to the dealer to have them replace a part that fell off my car. They told me I needed an appointment just to get a quote. Irritated by this I decided to search online to see if the part was available and if I could do the repair myself. Because this website used descriptions like "passenger side," I was easily able to find the part I needed. It showed up a few days later and my car is now back to 100%.
