  Purchased cheap Amazon pipes 2 years ago. Learned all of the in and outs about how terrible they were. Lesson learned. Paid for the pipes to be assembled and they were perfect out of the box. Thank you. I thought it was me, but it was the quality of instrument.

  Site is laid out in a way where I was able to find exactly what I was looking for, and the useful search bar was easily found and presented me with other options in addition to what I was looking for.   AtlantaKilts web sight is easy to navigate. The delivery came within a reasonable time, packaged well, and without damage. I really did not have to deal with customer service. I purchased the practice chanter kit. I feel that I received a decent product at a reasonable price. Thank you.

  Customer service, when I phone the shop, is superb. Ordering just by the website is not extremely reliable (e.g. I ordered a bow tie, no size specified, and was sent a Child Size though I am a full-sized grownup. Upon phoning, the problem was remedied at once.) My Prince Charlie jacket/vest is very satisfying, and fits great. Good price too.

  I found myself in a bind when my plans for a Prince Charlie jacket fell through last minute. Atlanta Kilts has always come through for me in the past so I placed an emergency order at 2 AM Friday morning. Brad called later that day to let me know they had a jacket that was a perfect fit and was shipping it out that day. It arrived today (Saturday) and looks amazing! Thanks to Atlanta Kilts I won't have any more sleepless nights!

  I was really impressed with the customer service. Something happened with the address and the sash didn't get to me the first try, but they quickly got it to me before my event. I really appreciate their effort. The sash was lovely and very high quality. I would definitely order from them again.

  The website is easy to navigate, and they carry the difficult to find Irish county tartans! After placing my order for tartan fabric, I was contacted quickly to let me know the width of the fabric, and to ask if I still wanted to order based on that. I appreciated the prompt email and the courtesy of checking before ordering. I went ahead with my order and will be looking at AtlantaKilts for any future needs!

  The company was very fair to me. I ordered a custom glengarry not realizing hat sizes differ between the US and UK. The hat was too big, Atlantakilts exchanged it for the size down, many other companies wouldn’t have done that. That is worth far more than the cost of a hat, it speaks volumes of their customer considerations. Definitely recommend using this company, thank you Atlanta Kilts again!

  I wouldn’t shop here again. Bought well before Christmas as a gift. It never showed up. No email letting me know it wouldn’t arrive in time. Called afterwards and the woman who helped acted like I was bothering her. No reason given for delayed shipping. She did get it shipped. Not impressed at all

  Brad from Atlanta Kilts was very helpful in correcting a mistake I made while ordering my kilt. I ordered the incorrect tartan and while it was my error, Brad was kind enough to allow me to return it, even though it was a custom order. He then reordered the correct kilt. AtlantaKilts customer service is excellent and I would recommend them to anyone in need of Highland Gear!

  i ordered a regular Sgian dubh and received a safety version instead of the regular version. I contacted Atlanta Kilts and they immediately replaced it with the correct style and told me to keep the first one as well. Both were beautiful and well made. The order was fulfilled quickly and the sgian dubh was well packaged and even nicer than advertised. I will definitely purchase from them again.
