  Paige has always been very professional and extremely responsive to my needs ! My wife and I are thinking about downsizing since both our kids have graduated college and are on their own!   Paige Von Hoffman worked with me for months to help me find the right home in my budget. She was patient and honest about each home that we viewed. She listened to what I wanted for a home and did her best in a limited inventory during C19. Mentioning in honesty again I really liked that she gave me advice and appropriate guidance when searching for a house. You may want it all but if you have a price point you may not find it. You may have to prioritize your list of wants. She also stepped up for me when something broke at the house during our final walk through. She prevented a deal breaker and was able to work out a solution so we can close. She gave me good references for inspectors and other professionals that I needed. I am really grateful for her assistance through months and months of searching during this time. I felt that she was not going to allow me to make a terrible decision just because there was limited inventory. It was like having a trusted friend helping me opposed to an agent.

  My husband and I have had an amazing experience working with The Chabris Group specifically Jahmar and Melissa have been phenomenal.   We were so fortunate to have found Alek Lucke to help us with our relocation from California to Ohio. As our Realtor he helped us find the right house in the right neighborhood for the right price.   As first time home buyers Staci Shelby with the Chabris Group was awesome to work with. She took time to explain things to us was very responsive and accommodated our schedules for showings.   Peter Chabris has a strong team Chabris Real Estate. We did not get to meet Peter personally. But these are his people who listed and sold our home in 4 days!!! Christie Fox (Lead Relationship Manager the first person I met over the phone. She introduced the company understood our top needs and matched us to Tyler Dietz as selling agent. ) Tyler Dietz (Listing Specialist he impressed us on our first meeting with well organized presentation of his team marketing strategy etc. He prepared the COM study and worked with us to come up with a listing price that's right on the target. We did not feel the pressure of him tried to lower the listing price to get the house sold. He communicated effectively and timely. He is driven but LISTEN and understand his clients well.)   Paige Von Hoffman worked with me for months to help me find the right home in my budget. She was patient and honest about each home that we viewed. She listened to what I wanted for a home and did her best in a limited inventory during C19. Mentioning in honesty again I really liked that she gave me advice and appropriate guidance when searching for a house. You may want it all but if you have a price point you may not find it. You may have to prioritize your list of wants. She also stepped up for me when something broke at the house during our final walk through. She prevented a deal breaker and was able to work out a solution so we can close. She gave me good references for inspectors and other professionals that I needed. I am really grateful for her assistance through months and months of searching during this time. I felt that she was not going to allow me to make a terrible decision just because there was limited inventory. It was like having a trusted friend helping me opposed to an agent.

  Working with Paige VonHoffman was a pleasure! Paige was responsive to my needs as a real estate investor and came very highly recommended.
