  I asked a question about arrival - was amazed to get personal email immediately! Customer service just extraordinary! Product arrived early! The pieces are as described, a rich cobalt blue. Only negative is the opening is very small which means filling the jar(s) is not easy, especially w thick fluids like lotion. It's slow but not a big deal. Product is lovely and service was really terrific.

  The bottles are exactly as described the labels are durable &amp the pumps work perfectly. These are an excellent addition to my bathrooms. Very satisfied.

  These replacement pumps were exactly what I needed! I had bought a facial cleanser with a pump top that I could not get to work. What do you do? So I looked up replacement pumps for plastic bottles and found these. I was able to clip the tube to exactly the length I needed easily with a pair of scissors. I am glad I still have two spare to use when a pump bottle doesn't work in the future.
