  I have asked to return my unopened order for 2 weeks. I left numerous messages and contacted the company in a number of ways. No one has replied to my request. There is a return feature on the site but it does not work or the staff chooses to ignore it. If returns are not permitted then why not eliminate the feature and publish a clear policy, on the other hand if returns are permitted, then action the requests. I believe this store is not actively staffed. It is an identical clone site to several others. If you choose to do business with ArgonStore.ca, you do so at your own risk and peril knowing that there will not be any support for purchase.

  Merci beaucoup, ma commande a bien été réceptionnée. La seule étoile manquante viens du manque d'information lors de ma commande. Aucune réponse a mes messages, jamais personne de connecté et un manque cruel de suivi de colis... Merci néanmoins pour mes étiquettes. Elles sont parfaites pour ce dont j'avais besoin. la quantité est correcte par rapport au prix demande et la qualité est plutôt bonne. Je recommanderais sans aucun problème!

  It wasn't a very good experience as we were not able to contact anyone to proceed with our order for almost a week. We exhausted every methods to contact any sales person through online chat, online message board and phone in the toll free line without success. We missed our printing deadline because of the delay.

  I have been ordering from Argon for 5 years - typically they are excellent - best prices and they do not gouge you on shipping However - they must have changed their customer support - the chat support is slow, often without responses for 20-30 min - chats just end all without getting an answer. I had to open at least 10 chats over two days to get an issue resolved (they were out of the product I ordered and needed an alternate) Due to this I am giving 4 stars where before I would have given 5 stars
