  Item was a little hard to track. I bought LED lights that were hard to find. Each time I touch the tracking number, it took me to washing machine Appliance Parts. The tracking emails said they were delivered and they were not. When I called them they were actually delivered several days later on the day I called.

  I was pleased that I received the exact water filter for my refrigeration, especially since my refrigerator is an older model and finding the exact filter has proven difficult. This is the second year in a row your company has been able to locate the water filter I need. However, it did tale longer than usual to receive it. I had no communication about the order status until I made a phone call. In fact, my credit card was charged even before I was sure the Oder was going to be filled. I think communication needs to improve, especially if an item is difficult to locate and if the Oder is going to be filled. I made at least three calls before I thought my order was going to be completed. Thank you for locating the exact refrigerator water filter.

  Hard to find LED bulb to fit my Ford Excursion map lights, especially in warm white. They seem a little brighter than the incandescent too. Pricey, but if they last, it will be worth it.

  Placed order and after >1 week of no contact I reached out to seller and was told my order was in acceptance mode with Stripe - whatever that means. Another week later sent an message and got no reply. Googled around and found a phone number and when the guy answered it was some transportation company. He was nice and said LED bulbs should ship soon, but then corrected himself and said he was out of stock but could substitute some others, so I said OK. About 10 days later got the bulbs. I could of walked to Alaska and gotten them sooner.

  The price is quite good. It's too early to tell how long this filter will be effective, but I am a little concerned, as the male fitting of the filter was wet with a chemical smelling liquid, which I have never seen in the past with new purchases of this same filters.

  The product is well made and works well. I had an issue with no communication in the beginning, but later found out that he had to take a last minute flight out of town, which is understandable. That caused my order to be greatly delayed but you should also expect things to happen with small businesses due to not having a huge staff. I appreciated the feedback and quality product.

  Everything was fine except for the tracing the delivery. Every time I checked, it said there was no tracing available until it was being delivered to my address.

  Never respond to phone calls or emails. Sent the wrong items and even the invoice inside the package was for someone else, but they will never know because they don’t respond. Will never use this company again.

  The order has not shipped. I wrote to cancel my order since I do not like dealing with incognitos. I provided my telephone number and even asked what would be a good time to call since their mail box is full and cannot take messages when I call. Would you please ask them to cancel my order since I stated that I believe this might be a scam.
