  It is very confusing that the site has multiple priced instances of what is nearly the same item. It would be helpful if the search results could highlight the differences. As it was, I had to do a lot of digging to determine the difference.

  Had to place the entire order in my wife's name. Would not let me order in my name since I used a debit card that has her name on it. After trying it in her name the order went through no problem.

  I wanted to know the difference between AL15SEB24EQ and AL15SEB24EQY, there is almost $100 difference per hard drive. I am putting these drives in an ASUS RS700A-E9-RS12 Server. I could not get an answer.

  I will NEVER, EVER purchase from this company again. While the product was great, their turn around time and customer service were EXCEPTIONALLY POOR! I called multiple times to get shipping information it was never provided and I was always told I would be called back in 30 minutes and never, not once did I receive a call back as promised. It took more than 2 weeks to receive a drive and no communication about why. I felt the whole time they dropped the ball on shipping my order and if I had not stayed on them about my order I likely would still not have my drive. ABSOLUTELY and TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!
