  Worst experience EVER. I only gave them 1 star because I couldn't choose zero stars.Everything on my order was ""in stock"" on their website, yet the order was held up because one item failed inspection. It was refurbished, which I knew, but you'd think they would test it *before* they put it on the website to sell it. I told them to take it off the order and ship the rest. They said they would... 9 days later, still no shipment. I had to call them daily for updates. The customer service is so poor, the people I talked to couldn't care less about my order. They have to call over to the ""warehouse manager"" to find out what's going on and that guy is never around. I've been buy equipment for 25 years, having never had such a poor experience.

  We had to place an order for rush delivery the day before a holiday for next day air delivery.
