Spontaneous reviewAfter comparing a few different seating options we decided to go with these ladder back chairs and matching bar stools, and the decision worked out well. The metal frames feel strong and the black finish blends nicely with our tables and décor. The vinyl seats are comfortable enough for guests staying a while, and they are extremely easy to clean during busy shifts. The shipment arrived on schedule and everything was packed carefully. Overall a very dependable set of chairs for commercial use.

The bases assembled quickly, and the chairs were ready to place right out of the box. Giving 4 stars because the tracking updates were delayed. Otherwise a 5 start experience.

Spontaneous reviewWe purchased 58 of the 30" x 30" and 41 of the 24" x 30" Industrial Grey reversible table tops along with 99 X prong table bases for a full dining room refresh. Overall, we are very pleased with the quality and durability. The Industrial Grey finish has a clean, modern look that fits perfectly with our updated interior. The Phenolic edge feels tough and commercial grade, which gives us confidence for long term daily use. The X prong bases are sturdy and provide great support once leveled properly. The only reason for four stars instead of five is that our shipment arrived a couple of days later than expected which pushed our installation schedule slightly and that was annoying. Still I have to say customer service kept us updated and the products themselves were worth the wait.
