Review collected by a third partyJose was excellent, however, I need to start at the beginning with my initial call. I did not have to go thru some VRU that caused me to wait for long periods of time or enter a bunch of info. The rep had my info pulled up and informed me of my appt time immediately after I explained the problem. Jose showed up within the service window given and diagnosed the problem quickly. Once the ok to make the repairs was given, Jose completed the work within 30 minutes. In freezing weather you want the job completed quick, fast and in a hurry. Jose gave me and my family all of those things today!

Review collected by a third partyI had a fantastic experience with this company! Super fast, professional, and reasonably priced. No pressure or price-gouging in an urgent situation. My circuit breaker box (fusebox) died at 2 am right before a big freeze was to arrive. By 6 pm I had a whole new box. They even checked all my plugs and lights inside the house to make sure everything worked and so they could label each breaker! Jose and the two electricians who did the installation were great. Even the initial receptionist who took my call was super nice and helpful. Really fantastic service and I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Although, I don’t really like the part where we have to pay 50% of the cost first before the project started. We ask them can we pay the full price when they come and do the installation and we all come an agreement that they will take the money when the project is start.

Review collected by a third partyAfter just buying a new house we needed ring cameras put up. A1 came out and gave the estimate and we immediately set up for the service. Two techs came and set up three wired ring cameras for us and it only took them 2 hours! Very professional and very quick. I am going to A1 for any and all electrical work I will need done.
