Review collected by a third partyOverall I had a great experience with A1. Jose was very professional and explained everything thoroughly. I was notified of when a crew was going to be out by text message and phone. They showed up in the time frame they said they would. Giving 4 stars because the answering service was a bit frustrating. They were nice and professional, but I spoke with them 4 different times and each time they had to ask all my information. It seems like there should a better way to input in the system where someone can look it up and not have to go through that each time.

Review collected by a third partyJose was professional and polite. He is a very friendly professional. He let us know that our lights were flickering because the negative line off the electric pole had popped and we were not getting the correct amount of electricity to our house. He then told us he turned off the circuit to the air conditioner, stove, washer and dryer, and left on other circuits to keep the house going. Sadly what he did not explain in Layman’s terms, the circuits that was turned off would affect running the air conditioner and other major appliances . I’m a woman and so I don’t under all the technical term. Also he did not tell us the line that at popped was an emergency and that we should can Texas New Mexico Power immediately. I didn’t learn that untilI call Texas New Mexico and they came right out and fixed it in the dark!

Review collected by a third partyA1 is our primary electric service company from this day forward. We experienced the underground cable from the street to our meter go bad. A1 sent the best estimator/electrician I have ever dealt with. Ricardo not only knew his trade but walked us through the process and responded to our questions well after work ours and on a Saturday. We had 3 estimates and went with A1 due to our experience with Ricardo. The underground cable was replaced and the house panel was replaced/relocated and upgraded with a interlock for my generator. The crew showed up on Monday morning, right on time, and we had power back that night. Really the best experience we could have hoped for.
