Review collected by a third partyDispatch was professional, talked clear, and was friendly. Explained emergency fee for Sundays or free for Monday. Didn’t pressure for me to pick! Sergio Salazar Is the full package! Professional, prompt, on time, clean van, tools organized! No sugar coating or upselling. Owners take notice on the gem you have! Pay raise is definitely needed to keep him around or you might lose him to opening his own business. (Which isn’t a bad thing) but I’ll be using them again when I have any power issues and I would ask for Sergio only for how well he handled himself.

Our technician, Skylar Barron, demonstrated exceptional knowledge and professionalism. He conducted a thorough analysis of our air conditioning system, quickly identified the issue, and repaired it efficiently. Now, the unit is running like new! Additionally, Skylar cleaned the unit, enhancing its overall efficiency. We will definitely be using his services and the company again to prevent future problems.

They quoted me almost $1000 less than for a service compared to another company which I thought was pretty expensive. I’ll definitely be getting my work done through this company.

Review collected by a third partyEric was amazing. He checked every switch/outlet available and then went into the attic, where he found a roofers nail recently driven into the middle of a wire. It was tucked up between the roof rafters and how he found it, I have no idea. Once the nail was taken out, the circuit breaker reset and everything was back to normal. Eric was determined defined the cause of the issue and he did. Great experience, would not hesitate to hire A1 plus again for any electrical issues.

Review collected by a third party6 stars!!! I had an electricity issue to the condenser on my Air Conditioning. Had the AC person come out and he verified that I was not getting 240 at the Condenser unit. I called 2 other Electric companies and both set up appointments for 2 and 3 days into the future. I then called A1 plus Electrical. The dispatcher with quick, helpful, and eager to assist. She had someone in the area and said she thought they could work in the visit. Eric was here within an hour and quickly identified the issues and got it addressed. Eric was outstanding and is a tremendous asset to your company. Thanks to A1 and we will for sure be using you again.
