He let me know what the issue was and what we had to do to fix it. All in all this was a great experience and will recommend and call them again if we need to in the future.

Review collected by a third partyLast summer, our AC and front porch started losing power intermittently. We called A1 to fix the problem and install a whole-home surge protector. They sent a team to diagnose the issue and install the surge protector, but they left quickly, and we didn't see the surge protector. After contacting their office, we learned they hadn't brought the surge protector and needed to come back. They claimed they had completed the diagnostic. When they returned, they installed a cheaper surge protector than promised. We noticed this because we had previously obtained quotes from other companies and knew what the correct surge protector looked like. We called A1 to question the incorrect installation and the diagnostic. They insisted they had done the diagnostic, but it was hard to prove. After three visits, they finally installed the correct surge protector. The power issue reoccurred today, so we hired Mister Sparky instead. They said a diagnostic was needed, just like A1 had said. Within 20 minutes, Mister Sparky found a poor wiring connection in the attic, which was obvious and had been developing over time. We told them about our experience with A1, and they were surprised A1 had missed such an evident problem. We were pleased to find a competent company in Mister Sparky who quickly resolved the issue that A1 failed to address properly.

Review collected by a third party2024: I called A1 Plus to fix an outdoor switch and outlet connection for me. I was quite impressed with Jesus. He was professional and personable. He took care of my concerns, and had all the wiring accounted for, the switch and outlet working perfectly. Now I can rest assured that my pergola is safe for my family! I highly recommend this service provider! 6-4-2025 I called to request help with 4 outdoor electrical outlets needing renovating as they were 50 years old. Jason came and worked hard on them and our doorbell. One will require extra wiring work, so he will give me an estimate for that portion of this job. I was very pleased with his professionalism, attitude, and communication. I look forward to having him help me with the rest of my electrical needs! I highly recommend Jason and team! 6-18-2025 I called Jason to address the outdoor electrical box that had corroded components in it. Her reworked the setup and did a nice job of weatherproofing everything. I am very happy now that is all renovated and safe. Thank you!
