Review collected by a third partySergio came out to my house for a no cost estimate for an interlock system for my generator. He was very nice and knowledgeable. He discussed the different options with me and was even early. Doesn't get much better than that. Estimate of cost was on par with my research. Their phone staff are also very helpful and quick. Emilio installed the 50 amp inlet/breaker and interlock kit quickly and everything looks great. Overall great experience

He was amazing with walking us through each of the steps he was testing on our AC to see why it wasn't turning on and taught us about the system and what to look for. He also helped us get the Generac mobile app downloaded and set up on our phones a nd explained everything we needed to know about its operating and regular testing process. Stephan was very patient with me and explained everything very thoroughly. He was very professional, well mannered and knowledgeable. I felt very confident in his work here today.
