Review collected by a third partyThis 5 star review is just for an incredible account manager Lance as he was the only one at A1 who was willing to help with the process and accommodated all requests when customer service reps were not responsive. Lance helped us with the timeline and installation questions as well as post installation clean up. If it would not be for him I would rate my overall experience much lower. Thank you so much Lance, we truly appreciate all your help!

Review collected by a third partyThey did get the issues fixed. But they did not perform the meg test that was on the work order. They just replaced the plugs and switches on the problem circuit and called it done. Still charged me the full price.

Review collected by a third partyI have a complete understanding about competitive bidding. I don’t understand or agree with “Price Gouging”. Had 4 quotes from local companies. This price was over 3 times higher than the other 3. I will say the representative that came out was excellent, on time, courteous, knowledgeable, great communicator…. But then the ridiculous price.

He was quite knowledgeable, friendly very courteous and took the time to run several tests to help determine the possible causes of the issue we were having. Many thanks to him for understanding the problems involved and giving us some peace of mind. He is quite thorough and covers all the bases so nothing is overlooked. Review collected by a third partySergio Salazar did a great job finding and fixing the electrical problem I had in my attic. He also accommodated the appointment to fit my working schedule. I just believe it was a little pricey; but he may not be the one who assigns prices to services. He had to come twice since his truck did not have an amperemeter (in my opinion an oversight from the company, after all I called for an electrical service). That may explain why it was pricey.

Once he finished troubleshooting he explained what needed to be done and did the two closets in a very timely manner. Ryan is very courteous and professional, I would gladly recommend him for electrical work

Review collected by a third partyI contacted A1 Plus to get a quote for some electrical work. They gave me a 3 hr window for someone to come by. They called and said he was running late and gave another 3 hr window. He showed up late (6 hrs wasted). After getting the quote we scheduled the work and they gave me a date and a 3 hr window. Guess what…they called saying they were running late and wanted to reschedule. I canceled the job. Now, 3 months later I get a text for a review. Well….you got it.
